I am fully computer literate and have been using computers since the age of six. My role in IT has always covered a wide variety of support at a high level, I am very comfortable with technology and I adapt very quickly to any new package or system. I am confident with both Apple Mac and PC’s, and have extensive user experience over a broad range of software and hardware including all Mac and Windows OS versions, Mac Server, RAID, Mail, FTP and storage solutions, Microsoft Office (all versions), Adobe Creative Suite (all versions), Apple Remote Desktop, VNC, JAMF CASPER (a system deployment software), PresStore and Retrospect backup and disaster recovery solutions, Zillow and multiple trafficking solutions Cloud server and Storage solutions.
